李主任比較重視紀律，所以中心或計劃人力分工清楚。
同時也要注意小細節，管理原則→客戶，財務，績效。

PEP內容需納入IBM Rational。

每週計劃會議，每月PMC會議，注意管理原則與風險。

教育訓練申請單→昭和，至少要上一些課，因為主任會進行了解。

下次科專重點在UNS(ubiquitous Network Society)，三月起每週貢獻一篇。
